If you haven't already filled out the Jotform:

• Sign up for CognoTrain on the top right of this website

• After this, you should get an email with instructions to fill out the jotform

• Fill out the jotform, and once done, you should be brought back to this page

If you've already filled out the Jotform:

• Go to Plans & Pricing and sign up for the plan of your choice (Note: currently, only the free plan is available)

• Go to the App Store here and get the app for iOS
